Terms of sale
Last updated: November 2, 2026. These terms are between you and CNG Studios LLC ("we"), which runs Cuentito Conmigo.
Who can order
You must be 18 or older. By ordering you confirm you're the child's parent or legal guardian, or that you have their permission to put the child's name in a book.
Your personalized book
- Each book is made to order with the name, words and look you choose. Please check spelling in the preview: we print exactly what you typed.
- The preview shows the cover and some pages. Colours on paper can look a little different from your screen.
- The illustrations are made with AI assistance and checked and corrected by hand.
- Don't type anything you don't have the right to use, or anything hurtful. We may cancel and refund an order we can't print in good conscience.
Prices, payment and tax
Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is shown before you pay; sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. Payment is taken by Stripe when you order.
Shipping
We ship to US addresses only. Delivery times are estimates from our printer, not guarantees.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
- Because each book is personalized, we can't accept returns for a change of mind.
- If you write to us before the book goes to print, we'll fix a typo or cancel with a full refund.
- If a book arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a page that looks wrong, email us a photo within 30 days and we'll reprint it free or refund you.
- If a printed book never arrives, we'll reprint it or refund you.
Our content
The story, the illustrations and the design belong to us. Your book is for personal and family use; please don't resell copies or use the pages commercially.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for an order is the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Quién puede hacer un pedido
Debes tener 18 años o más. Al hacer el pedido confirmas que eres madre, padre o tutor legal del peque, o que tienes su permiso para poner su nombre en un libro.
Tu libro personalizado
- Cada libro se hace por encargo con el nombre, las palabras y la apariencia que elijas. Revisa la ortografía en la vista previa: imprimimos exactamente lo que escribiste.
- La vista previa muestra la portada y algunas páginas. Los colores en papel pueden verse un poco distintos a tu pantalla.
- Las ilustraciones se hacen con ayuda de IA y se revisan y corrigen a mano.
- No escribas nada que no tengas derecho a usar ni nada hiriente. Podemos cancelar y reembolsar un pedido que no podamos imprimir de buena fe.
Precios, pago e impuestos
Los precios están en dólares estadounidenses. El envío se muestra antes de pagar; el impuesto sobre la venta se agrega al pagar donde corresponda. Stripe procesa el pago al hacer el pedido.

Solo enviamos a direcciones en EE. UU. Los tiempos de entrega son estimados de nuestra imprenta, no garantías.
Cambios, cancelaciones y reembolsos
- Como cada libro es personalizado, no aceptamos devoluciones por cambio de opinión.
- Si nos escribes antes de que el libro se imprima, corregimos un error o cancelamos con reembolso completo.
- Si el libro llega dañado, mal impreso o con una página que se ve mal, mándanos una foto dentro de 30 días y lo reimprimimos gratis o te devolvemos el dinero.
- Si un libro impreso nunca llega, lo reimprimimos o te devolvemos el dinero.
Nuestro contenido
El cuento, las ilustraciones y el diseño son nuestros. Tu libro es para uso personal y familiar; no revendas copias ni uses las páginas con fines comerciales.
Responsabilidad
En la medida en que la ley lo permita, nuestra responsabilidad total por un pedido es el monto que pagaste. Nada de esto limita tus derechos como consumidor.
